2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Quality Engineer role is designed to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of the RV and camping software platform. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and mitigate risks, and using both manual and automated testing techniques including AI-assisted tools. The role significantly contributes to delivering dependable, customer-focused software that supports critical business workflows.

3. Responsibilities:

• Work within an Agile software development lifecycle to enhance product quality and deliver incremental value.

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and other QA staff to define clear, testable requirements.

• Develop and maintain test strategies covering manual testing, automation, API validation, and regression.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve test planning, automation, debugging, and defect analysis.

• Design and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber/Gherkin.

• Build and sustain API automation to validate service behavior, data contracts, and business workflows.

• Use SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and validate build and release quality.

• Investigate and resolve bugs, test failures, data inconsistencies, and environment issues.

• Identify and address gaps in test coverage, observability, and processes.

• Promote quality assurance as an integral part of the development cycle.

• Mentor junior engineers on QA best practices and test automation.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical reviews.

• Continuously assess and enhance tools and workflows to improve productivity and product quality.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.

• Proficient in test strategy, exploratory testing, regression planning, release readiness, and defect investigation.

• Experienced in building or maintaining automated tests with modern frameworks.

• Skilled in validating APIs, integrations, application data, and critical workflows.

• Ability to use SQL for data validation and defect analysis.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment validation.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted tools in QA or engineering contexts.

• Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous quality risks.

• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

• Collaborative mindset with mentoring experience.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
